All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, supplements, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or animal consumption or any in-vivo use. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or organization and will handle products lawfully.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to contract. You are responsible for ensuring that ordering, importing, and possessing the products is lawful in your location.

We aim to describe products, purity, and specifications accurately and provide batch-specific COAs where available. Minor batch variations may occur. We may correct errors and update information at any time.

Prices are shown in the selected currency and may change without notice. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, compliance). A contract is formed only when we accept and dispatch your order. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total, including taxes and shipping.

Delivery times are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are the importer of record and responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local import compliance.

Due to the nature of research chemicals, products generally cannot be returned once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact support@certipeptide.com within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully. You may not use our products in violation of any law or in any way that endangers health or safety.

All site content is owned by or licensed to CertiPeptide and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our prior written permission.

The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for misuse contrary to the research-only purpose. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CertiPeptide and Hangzhou Moyi Information Technology Co., Ltd. from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site or products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted here with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered location of Hangzhou Moyi Information Technology Co., Ltd., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
