SMS Messaging Terms & Consent

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box when you place an order at checkout, or when you create an account. The box is unchecked by default and checking it is optional — it is not a condition of purchase. By checking it, you authorize CertiPeptide to send order-related (transactional) SMS to the phone number you provide. We only send SMS to customers who have opted in this way.

Message frequency varies and depends on your order activity (e.g. when an order is confirmed, shipped, or delivered, or when support replies).

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CertiPeptide does not charge you for SMS.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel; we send one confirmation and stop further SMS unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@certipeptide.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the transactional messages above, and shared solely with the providers needed to send them.
