- Open the batch page and check the certificate number, sample identity, test date and listed laboratory.
- Open the original report and compare the values and units with the summary.
- Follow the report-specific verification link. If the provider requests login or the record cannot be confirmed, resolve that with the provider or support before treating the verification as complete.
